INDEPENDENT, CERTIFIED, LOCAL
Lowcountry Homes Hide What You Can't See
Charleston homeowners, buyers, and landlords call me when something feels off — or when they can't afford to find out later. Mold, asbestos, lead, and radon don't announce themselves. As Charleston's independent certified inspector, I give you the full picture before it becomes a problem.
SIMPLE. TRANSPARENT. NO SURPRISES.
How It Works
⦿ Independent inspection
⦿ Certified results
⦿ Charleston's only inspector with no remediation conflict

01
Inspect
Jeff conducts a hands-on walkthrough of your Charleston Lowcountry property — visually assessing problem areas, measuring moisture levels in walls and flooring, and evaluating your HVAC system for conditions that promote mold growth.
02
Test
Air samples are collected from high-risk areas using calibrated bio pumps and sent directly to Hayes Microbial, our certified lab partner. No guesswork. No in-house interpretation.
03
Report
Lab results typically returned within 24 hours. You receive a clear written report with findings and recommended next steps — from Jeff directly, not a call center.
